Mission Statement

To operate a self governed and self assessed Association of Property Owners and Businesses that work together to promote the preservation and development of the Central Avenue business corridor of the capital City of Albany and to organize in order to do all things possible and proper to make the area more attractive and vital.

To this end the Property Owners and Businesses have formed a Business Improvement District which will work to enhance the public perception of the Central Avenue business corridor through the managing, the advocacy, the appearance, the security and the cleanliness of the business improvement district.
